MyData services integrate data from multiple financial institutions, enabling individuals to manage their assets and financial transactions through a unified system. By leveraging big data and AI, these services offer personalized asset management, addressing the limitations of traditional financial services. However, many users remain concerned about data security and service reliability. This study aims to address these concerns by enhancing the usability of MyData asset management services to improve user trust.
